Returns & Exchanges

At Les Benjamins, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and the box is securely taped to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account to the exterior of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
